Lauren Goodger reveals major hair makeover as she focusses on 'self love' after alleged attack | The Sun

LAUREN Goodger has taken time for "self love" and a major hair makeover following her alleged attack.

The Sun exclusively revealed how TOWIE alumni Lauren, 35, was spotted with a serious black eye — more than a week after the alleged incident — as she ran errands near her Essex home.

She was seen in public for the first time on Friday since the supposed attack, which is alleged to have happened on the day of her daughter's funeral.

The tot – who would have been a little sister to Lauren's daughter Larose – tragically passed away shortly after her birth.

After finishing up her work, Lauren headed to the salon for some much-needed time out.

She showed off the results of her sleek wavy blow dry, which saw her glossy brunette locks fall over her shoulder.

Lauren's 25-year-old boyfriend Charles Drury was arrested at their daughter's funeral last Thursday.

He was bailed over Lauren’s claims he attacked her hours after they buried their daughter, who died shortly after she was born.

Onlookers said Lauren, who has a year-old daughter, appeared to be trying to “get back to normal”.

One said: “She’s a working mum and life has to continue. You could see her black eye very clearly.”

Lauren, who was taken to hospital, has since been interviewed by cops a handful of times.

Drury, who has worked as a builder previously and was quizzed for more than 24 hours, faces further investigation.

A source said of the alleged attack: “Everyone who knows her is so upset. She was already at absolute rock bottom.”

Ten doctors fought in vain to save her 9lb daughter Lorena, who had a strong heartbeat before contractions began.

She was born with two knots in her umbilical cord, tied around her neck.

Lauren spent hours saying goodbye to her. She told The Sun later: “I held her and kissed her. I sang to her and we played songs.

"She looked like she was asleep.

“I stayed awake all night with her. I had her feet and hand prints done and then did casts. I have some locks of hair and they gave us a candle for her.

“A local charity organised a photographer and they took some beautiful pictures.

“My friends put two into a locket which I wear around my neck.”
