Leeds nightclub sorry for savage Love Island post after Ekin-Su cancellation

A Leeds nightclub has apologised for a savage post throwing shade at several Love Island stars offered as replacements for winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.

PRYZM Leeds has responded after some backlash after a post shared by a promoter on Facebook revealed Ekin-Su wouldn’t be appearing as advertised on Monday (August 8) due to other commitments.

The initial post shared on Facebook – which has since been deleted – the nightclub said: ‘We have been informed by Ekin Su’s team that due to her getting crazy money offers from lots of other massive company’s and increased TV commitments they’ve cancelled all of her UK club appearances.

‘We are as disappointed as you, and we’re even more disappointed that the only replacements we’ve been offered are Danica, Adam or Billy.

‘At Quids In, we only want to give you the best entertainment, so in our opinion it’s not worth replacing her with someone no one cares about.’

Instead, the post said the club night would be offering a ‘£500 cash prize to 1 lucky ticket buyer on the night’.

Although the original post was deleted, it was shared on Twitter and sparked plenty of conversation among fans who couldn’t believe how brutal the statement was.

One fan tweeted: ‘Imagine being Danica, Adam or Billy, and seeing this. How do you think they feel about #Pryzm Leeds saying that “no one cares about” them and that they’re not “the best entertainment?!” ‘

‘This is so rude from Pryzm,’ wrote another follower, while a different Twitter user added: ‘Put respect on Danicas name (sic)’

Ekin-Su won this year’s dating show alongside boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, and since her big moment the amount of work on offer has no doubt skyrocketed, leading to her team needing to rethink pre-arranged appearances.

The new queen of the villa was forced to cancel at least one planned appearance at Marylin’s Nightclub in Evesham thanks to her career ascending to new heights, with viewers spotting that co-star Adam Collard has stepped in to take her place.
