Legendary 90s band unrecognisable as they make huge comeback and release first album in 22 years | The Sun

LEGENDARY 90s band Semisonic look unrecognisable after releasing their first album in 22 years this month.

The rock group, made up of John Munson, Jacob Slitcher and Dan Wilson, formed in 1995.


Three years later they released their hit Closing Time which hit the charts in the top 50.

They released Great Divide, Feeling Strangely Fine and All About Chemistry before going their separate ways in 2001.

Semisonic reunited in 2006 and again in 2017.

After 22 years, the band revealed that they are releasing an alum called Little Bit Of Sun.

They also shared that they are releasing a single The Rope and teased the video on Instagram.

"Here’s the music video for our new single “The Rope!”," they captioned the post.
