Love Island All Stars in talks to sign up show legend and fan favourite – just weeks before show kicks off | The Sun

SAMIRA Mighty is in talks to take part in Love Island All Stars.

The series four icon is the latest famous face touted to be heading to the Cape Town villa in January for the new ITV2 spin-off – after building up a huge fan base in 2018.


Samira, 27, was an instant hit with viewers when she first appeared on the show but struggled to find love.

The former West End theatre performer was initially coupled up with Dr Alex but eventually found a connection with Frankie Foster.

She shocked viewers when she decided to leave the villa after Frankie was dumped.

Samira went on to form a band with fellow Love Island stars Zara McDermott, Eyal Booker and Wes Nelson and they appeared on Celebrity X Factor.

She later left the group and launched her solo singing career last year.

The star recently told The Sun she would love to take part in the new Love Island, saying: "I’m single, if they did an All Stars version I would definitely return.

"I was so young when I first did it, I was 22, and now I’m 27 and know exactly what I want."

ITV said: “No Islanders are currently confirmed for the forthcoming series of Love Island: All Stars."

ITV announced All Stars in September after months of speculation a star-spangled edition would run to celebrate ten years of the dating behemoth, with names so far in the mix also including Chloe Burrows, Faye Winter and Joe Garratt. 

The show will feature some of the best loved UK Islanders from over the years as they look for love once again.
