Love Island shock dumping sees popular islander booted off the show and they've already left the villa | The Sun

LOVE Island bosses have dumped a popular Islander off the show – and they've already left the villa.

The stars of the ITV2 dating show will get a text to gather around the fire pit before one of them is brutally dumped.

In Wednesday night's Love Island episode, viewers at home were asked to vote for who they thought was the most compatible couple.

Now, an insider has revealed that the least compatible pair are put at risk tonight – and someone has been given the boot from the show.

Sources have exclusively told The Sun Online that a popular islander has already packed their bags and left the Majorcan villa.

"The dumping came as a total shock to the islanders," the insider said. "One of them has packed their things and left the villa already."

While the scenes had already been filmed, the insider explained that viewers at home will have to wait to see who waves goodbye.

"Love Island fans are going to have to wait to find out who it is as it's likely the result won't be revealed in tonight's show," they continued.

It comes after it was revealed that couples are facing the axe after the public were tasked with voting for the most compatible pairing.

The latest recoupling had few surprises with Paige and Jacques, Gemma and Luca, Dami and Indiyah, and Andrew and Tasha all remaining together.

However, unlikely pairing Ekin-Su and Davide were finally reunited having made up for their earlier explosive rows.

Elsewhere, Danica chose to couple with Jay after he told her politely he wasn't interested, and Antigoni got Charlie as a consolation prize.

Fans flooded social media to speculate that they already knew who will WIN the show after Ekin-Su and Davide got back together.

They flocked to Twitter to declare the pair their favourites to take home the trophy and £50,000 prize after the sweet scenes.

Just a day before the recoupling,  Ekin-Su, 27, sent Davide's heart rate through the roof as she danced for him in a VERY saucy challenge.

Yesterday, fans rejoiced when Ekin-Su chose to couple up with Davide, also 27,  after having her pick of three men including Jay, and Charlie.

Viewers flocked to Twitter to crown them their new winners of the series, dubbing the pair "soulmates".
