LOVE Island star Mary Bedford showed off her incredible figure as she hit the gym this week.
The 23-year-old, who appeared on the reality show two years ago, revealed her impressive abs while wearing a crop top and cycling shorts.
Mary told her followers: “Why does Barry’s feel like my personality trait atm?”
Barry’s is the name of a gym, famed for its high intensity interval workouts.
Mary starred in the the seventh series of the hit reality TV programme.
She entered on day 23 of the show as part of the infamous Casa Amor twist, later coupling up with Toby Aromolaran.

She lasted four weeks on the hit dating reality series and left on day 52 with Aaron Simpson as the couple failed to secure votes by the public.
The series was won by Liam Reardon and Millie Court, who later split up and then got back together.
Since being on the show, Mary has gone on to be a hugely popular influencer and recently launched her very own make-up brand.
Sharing the exciting news with her followers, Mary wrote: "NEUDE. I can’t believe I finally get to write this, my own makeup brand… this has been a dream of mine since I was in school!"

Mary previously admitted on her podcast with fellow Islander Ellie Brown that she feared she had “ruined her life” by doing the show.
She explained: “So, coming off the show, at first I did regret it. I was like, ‘What have I done?’ Another thing was, if I hadn’t gone on the show I would have gotten to say goodbye.
“ So many things were going through my head, I was like, ‘What have I done? I’ve ruined my own life. I weren’t there to say goodbye to my grandma’. It was a really difficult thing to deal with, but then come February, I met Ellie and Ellie was like, ‘I went through the same thing a few years ago’ and you start realising it’s normal.
"It’s like, ‘How can I be feeling this way? I’ve been given one of the biggest opportunities in our generation. Going on Love Island is a massive opportunity, but I regret it so much’. So that is something I struggled with at first, for quite a few months."
