LOVE Island returned to screens with a bang last night but cracks are already beginning to show.
And in a new shake-up for the ITV dating hit, the boys and girls entered the villa together.
With a public vote pairing footballer Tyrique Hyde with Scots model Ella Thomas.
However, the relationship got off to an awkward start, after Tyrique snubbed the brunette beauty when she revealed they'd met before.
Following the mortifying encounter eagle-eyed body language expert Darren Stanton spotted the chiselled hunk looking "embarrassed and not committed".
Speaking on behalf of Betfair, the ex-copper said: “As Love Island's Tyrique and Ella were coupled up, I noticed a real big expression of embarrassment come over his face.
"Initially, it appeared that Ella was happy with the couple as she began playing with her hair in a flirtatious manner.
"However, she soon realised that she recognised Tyrique, which caused her body language to change.
"For some reason, Tyrique failed to recognise Ella but later admitted that he did remember her.
"I definitely think that he was taken aback by Ella saying that they had met before, as he appeared slightly awkward and uncomfortable."

The former detective went on to reveal a bit about Ella's body language after the explosive first episode.
He added: "It will be interesting to see how these two develop over the course of the first week.
"From my initial analysis, I don’t believe Tyrique is fully committed to the couple, while Ella seems to be distrustful of Tyrique.”
