MARK Wright delighted his followers as he stripped down to his pants while changing in the park.
The 35-year-old, who has recently been in Australia with wife Michelle Keegan, was getting changed to go for a run when he was caught on camera.
Clearly finding the snaps amusing Mark shared them with fans and wrote: “Insta vs Reality.”
The former Towie star is currently training to take part in his first London Marathon after he was forced to pull out last year with a calf tear.
Now he’s training very carefully after fearing he could once again get injured.
He told the Mirror: “I am nervous about getting injured every time I go out for a run or when I do a session. I'm nervous that I'm going to get injured.

“I've just got to keep my fingers crossed, keep working hard, keep the recovery, the ice baths etc.”
And he recently confirmed that Michelle will be back in the UK to watch his big moment on October 2nd.
Talking of why the ex Coronation Street star wasn't his London Marathon buddy, he added: "She wouldn't do it.
"She would prefer to just watch."

Michelle has been filming new drama Ten Pound Poms Down Under and the radio DJ host Mark has jetted to Australia to visit the actress.
Speaking about the trip, Mark said: "Australia was amazing.
"They have a healthy way of life there."
Talking of his training, he added: "It's their winter there so it was cooler.
"I only got back the other day but I went for my first run last night."
