Peter Andre says he “doesn’t mind his kids being spoilt” after buying son Junior an extravagant gift for his birthday.
The proud dad decided to splash out on a £25k Audi A1 for his son when he turned 17, despite Junior not knowing how to drive.
Peter was then forced to defend the decision to buy the pricey gift after sharing a video of Junior in it on social media.
However, in an exclusive chat with The Sun at the Caudwell Butterfly Ball, Peter, 49, told us: “Do you know what I don’t mind my kids being spoilt I just don’t like them being brats. I’ve always said this.
“If your kid is spoilt and they don’t want for anything but they’re really appreciative then that’s fine. I just don’t want brats.”

Pete, who was joined by wife Emily and kids Junior, 27, and Princess, 15, on the red carpet, also defended the price of the car, saying: “I was quite impressed that people thought it was more than what I paid for it.”
While Junior got a flash car for his birthday, Princess turned 15 and was gifted trainers by her Grease star dad.
She also celebrated turning 15 with a shopping trip and Pete’s cousin Sophie treated her to an incredible pink and white cake.
Peter also discussed Princess going on Love Island after a recent post saying it’s a “no.”

He said: “I don’t even know the words Love Island. Those two words don’t go together in my house!
“Listen I can say what I want now as she’s only 15. When she gets to 18 I might not have a say.”
Pete recently celebrated Princess’ 15th birthday with a post on social media of them together, captioned: “Happy 15th birthday to my kind, loving, moody and caring daughter. You bring so much life to our home.
“We all love you so much. You are beautiful inside and out just the way you are and never forget that. Happy birthday and NO, you can’t go on love island. Love dad.”
