Pointless fans all say the same thing after Lauren Laverne becomes latest guest co-host | The Sun

POINTLESS fans have been treated to a selection of co-hosts of late – and fans are all saying the same thing about Lauren Laverne.

The radio DJ and musician, 44, was in the hot seat alongside Pointless anchor Alexander Armstrong, 52, as the latest celebrity face to replace Richard Osman.

Earlier this year, Richard made the announcement that he would be leaving the show after 13 years.

Lauren follows on from former Corrie star Sally Lindsay, who had divided fans – with some calling out her supposed lack of chemistry with Alexander.

Yet BBC viewers are hugely impressed with former model Lauren, with some dubbing her their "favourite."

One took to Twitter to write: "I think Lauren Laverne is my favourite take over host on #pointless can we have her full time please."

A third then put: "Lauren Laverne seems like a natural co-host on #pointless."

Another added: "Lauren Laverne is excellent as the Osman on #Pointless this week. And in other news, you’ve got to love winners who plan to spend their money on bat detectors and a trip to CERN."

Her first category on the show was British Prime Ministers.
