SAIRA Khan has been praised for showing off her "real body" as she stripped down into a bikini.
The former Loose Women star took to social media to embrace her "marks, scars, wrinkles and ageing."
Saira took to Instagram on Saturday (July 22) and gave her followers a message of body positivity.
In the snap, the 53-year-old looked incredible as she posed by the pool in a black and white bikini which showed off her enviable figure.
She captioned the post: "Women: unstoppable forces of strength, beauty, and resilience. That’s how I define women because that’s what we are.
"Today is a special day as my business SAIRA skin was reborn and it’s sole purpose is to give women the best start to the day where they wake up, look in the mirror, embrace their natural skin and connect with it by putting their hands on it and nourishing it with organic oil based products.

One person commented: "Love this. No nonsense approach you have. I'm in my 50s but definitely inspired by you and your life thank you for being such a good role model."
"Your such a huge inspiration Saira to many of us," a second wrote.
A third penned: "Very true, enjoy the nourishing over poisoning."
It comes after Saira reignited her feud with Loose Women as she revealed the "real reason" why she quit the show.
She announced the news that she was leaving the show at the start of 2021 in her column for The Mirror.
But three years later, she has decided to open up about why she made the decision.
The star told Closer magazine: "On Loose Women you saw me being quite passionate, heated and feisty, but that's the silo they put me in.
"I wanted to have a bit of fun, but that wasn't for me, that was for Stacey Solomon.
"Stacey was the fun one, but I had to be the loud, gobby one."
Back in January 2021, Saira quit the ITV daytime show so that she can "focus on what's important".
