Scott Mills confirms he's returning to Hollyoaks

In a twist nobody expected for a Monday afternoon, Radio 2 DJ Scott Mills has confirmed he’s returning to Hollyoaks.

Yes.

The legend, who recently moved from Radio 1 to Radio 2, teased his new role earlier today (March 20), posting an image of a script on his social media.

‘Steer clear of bad boys, alright? I’m back … 15 years later I’m returning to @Hollyoaks!! I’ll let you know more closer to the time, but tomorrow my show will be from Liverpool!’.

Scott is making reference to his first appearance in the Channel 4 soap, which occurred back in 2008.

She thanked him and he advised her to stay away from ‘bad boys’, before departing.

Metro.co.uk understands that Scott will be one of two special guests for some Eurovision themed upcoming episodes.

Discussing what it was like to leave Radio 1 after such a long time, Scott recently told us:

‘When you leave after 24 years it’s hard to get your head around it – “this is the last time I’m going to walk in here”. We had a big party. We left the building straight afterwards and went to a bar that had been organised with lovely pictures from over the years. It was so good.

‘Highlights included Rylan [Clark], always. Stacey Dooley came for a bit. Pixie Lott did a rendition of All About Tonight, which I wasn’t expecting. And obviously Eurovision’s Sam Ryder turned up, because why not?’
