Stacey and Lily's lives on the line in EastEnders teen labour ordeal

Stacey and Lily Slater (Lacey Turner and Lillia Turner) are in the middle of a dramatic situation at their home in EastEnders.

Monday’s (September 4) episode of the BBC One soap was set in the evening. As Walford residents enjoyed drinks in the pub, Stacey was at home sharing drinks and pizza with Theo (William Ellis), unaware a sinister ordeal was starting to unfold.

As Stacey chatted to Theo, oblivious to the fact that he’s been stalking her over the past few months, a suspicious Martin (James Bye) and Eve (Heather Peace) were in Essex meeting someone who had previously come across the creepy man.

The lady revealed that Theo became obsessed with her friend and ruined her life. She warned Martin and Eve and said that if Theo is with Stacey, she is definitely in danger.

While Stacey’s back was turned, Theo got hold of her phone and saw the texts coming through from Martin, which confirmed the truth.

Theo switched the phone off and continued to focus on Stacey. He spoke to her about past relationships and explained that he finds it difficult to talk to women, but things are made easier when he has a conversation online – through a screen.

Theo continually alluded to being Stacey’s online client but the penny didn’t drop. He told her the truth and even then, Stacey didn’t believe Theo.

Being called a ‘geeky little Geography teacher’ made Theo react with anger and a few moments later, after hearing Theo speak about their apparent ‘connection’, Stacey realised that he had been stalking her.

Stacey was utterly horrified. She attempted to get Theo to leave but was distracted by Lily’s cries – she had gone into labour.

As Lily went upstairs to prepare for the arrival of her baby, a terrified Stacey managed to get Theo out of the house, tricking him into thinking Lily needed some painkillers from the chemist.

Quickly bolting the door, Stacey’s focus turned to Lily and because of that, she failed to think about locking the back door as well.

While a returning Jean (Gillian Wright) tended to Lily in the living room, Stacey rushed into the kitchen to grab some towels.

To her shock, Theo was standing in front of her.

He told Stacey that he shouldn’t have lied to her, forcing us to wait until tomorrow’s instalment to find out what Theo will do if he attempts to get revenge.
