STACEY Solomon showed off her tanned and toned figure in skintight gymwear yesterday before working out.
The Loose Women star, 33, took a selfie by her outdoor pool in a black one piece and a loose-fitting white jacket worn off the shoulder.
Stacey beamed as she looked at her phone screen, and her blonde hair was styled in a messy updo.
Son Rex, three, played nicely by her feet while daughter Rose, one, was flat out asleep in her buggy.
She wrote on Instagram: "Joe's away today so we did the school runs, the me and Rex did everything in our power to keep the girls awake until we got home so that I could get them in their pram and walk them to sleep.
"Because I really want to get into the gym today. I have so many away days this week so I need to get in there whenever I can."

She explained how she had finished off each conversation by saying: "I love Hull."

Referring to her conversations with residents, she added: "They're probably thinking 'great, good for you and what about Lincolnshire?'
