Strictly Come Dancing star Ellie Leach has certainly been putting in some hard graft when it comes to her fancy footwork with her Italian-born partner Vito Coppola.
The 22-year-old ex Coronation Street star has been unknowingly dancing herself fit for weeks. With the actress now "amazed" at how "strong" her body is feeling and the pair tipped as being the bookies favourites to lift the Glitterball trophy in December.
Ellie went on to explain that before her stint on Strictly she wasn't really one to hit the gym and had always suffered with "body confidence". She hailed the BBC show with helping her to love herself once again.

The TV star also lifted the lid on just how rigorous and intense her training regime with the Italian heartthrob Vito had been. With the pair spending nine hours per day dancing together.
Speaking to Closer Magazine, she said: "We train really hard, from nine till six every day. I've never really done much activity before, so I'm seeing my body changing."
Opening up on her previous body image struggles she said: "As a young woman growing up in the public eye, it's intense. Strictly has given me a new found confidence that I've never really had before. When you've got the costumes on, you feel great and you go out there and smash it. It feels amazing."
Despite her best efforts to get fit before the BBC programme, nothing ever took shape for Ellie who struggled to keep up with it. She told OK! magazine: "I've never really been into physical activity or going to the gym and stuff like that. But I've always loved watching people dance. So to be able to learn how to do it now, it's amazing.
The former Corrie star added: "My body and my mindset are changing so much each day. I don't know how much weight I've lost but I can feel myself getting stronger, which I think is great."
Ellie, who is best know for her role as Faye Windass on the ITV soap, has been at the centre of attention for weeks now after Strictly fans called out her close bond with Vito. This after he referred to her as "my baby" on the programme.
There was also a bombshell let slip by Ellie's former co-star Amanda Abbington, who referred to the pair as the "most beautiful couple", sending tongues wagging about their relationship status once again.
