STRICTLY Come Dancing’s head judge Shirley Ballas has hit back at fix claims after another week of complaints over scoring.
Fans of the dancing show thought that Bobby Brazier was under marked after his samba during movie week on Saturday night.
His performance to Young Hearts Run Free from Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet landed him in fourth place on the leader board after judges Shirley, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke scored him eight points each.
Despite the great score, many weren’t happy but Shirley, 63,has now explained her decision.
She told The Sun: “He’s a gradual learner with still things he’s processing and taking in.
“But he got a good score and every week he’s on the rise, all of them are. It’s up and down, sometimes people are here and there, but the leader board is changing all the time.”

Meanwhile, Eddie Kadi and Karen Hauer scored the first 10 of the series from head judge Shirley for their Couples Choice to Men In Black – leaving some viewers to call ‘fix’.
Asked if she was bothered by the constant complaints from fans, she replied: “No, not at all. I’ve been in this industry now nearly 56 years, and I’ve seen it all. My job is to help people along the way.”
Drama over scoring aside, the head judge believes this is a particularly special year on the show, telling us: “I think it’s because there’s so much magic, you know sometimes they say the magic is in the mix, with the contestants that you get on.
“We’ve got actors and singers and comedians and some dancers, some non dancers, but even the dancers are finding the ballroom parts difficult, so it’s not easy.”
