Supermodels Kate Moss, 48 and Christy Turlington, 53, reunite to show off age defying looks at NYFW | The Sun

KATE Moss and Christy Turlington reunited for a stylish display at Fendi's New York Fashion Week show.

British model Kate, 48, who recently launched her own wellness brand Cosmoss with pricey tea bags, looked typically stylish in a grey Fendi midi-dress with the fashion house's chain icon printed onto it.

She paired her look with a duo of chain necklaces and hoop earrings.

Of course, the infamous Fendi Baguette bag sat snug under her arm and she oozed sass with her platinum blonde locks backcombed at the crown.

Meanwhile US-born Christy, 53, famed for her Calvin Klein Eternity campaign in the Eighties, chose a black gown in a similar print, yet with a pussybow neckline.

She kept her make-up fresh as she let her brunette locks flow in a straight style over her shoulders.

Yoga fan Christy also showcased the Fendi accessory as she posed on the Red Carpet.

The designer is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Baguette bag with a special NYFW show.

Meanwhile, back in the day, Christy was considered one of the "original supermodels" with her and Kate part of the "Big Six" 1990s group of catwalk queens.

Bursting on to the fashion scene in the 80s and 90s, the duo along with the likes of Elle Macpherson and Naomi Campbell set the bar high and could reportedly command tens of thousands pounds a day.

Christy's career started at the age of 14, when she was discovered while out horse-riding, and she was signed to agency Ford Models just two years later.

She modelled for the likes of Versace and Louis Vuitton, and also became the face of Maybelline, famously getting paid $800,000 for just 12 days of work a year.

Now, Christy is married to actor Ed Burns and has two children.

She's also the founder of Every Mother Counts – an organisation which aims to make pregnancy and childbirth safe for women around the world – after she suffered birthing complications that could have killed her.

Writing on the group's website, Christy wrote: "Without access to this critical and timely care, I may not be here today. Many other women are not as lucky."

Kate Moss is arguably one of Britain's greatest ever models, and was discovered at the age of just 14.

She went on to live a party lifestyle for a while, and dated the likes of Johnny Depp, Pete Doherty and The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince, who she was married to.

Now, her party days are behind her and Kate is sober and happily settled down with toyboy boyfriend Count Nikolai von Bismarck, 35.

Her daughter Lila, who she shares with Dazed & Confused editor ex Jefferson Hack, has also followed in her mum's footsteps, most recently for Versace in Milan.
