Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard took a moment out of Thursday’s Good Morning Britain to praise Laura Tobin and Ranvir Singh’s ageless appearance. The comments came as the news presenter and meteorologist marked their 10th anniversary of working in breakfast TV.

“It’s a very important day for two of our members of the class,” Ben began.

“Laura and Ranvir, I didn’t realise this, you have been doing some reminiscing.”

Ranvir replied: “A decade ago this week, Laura and I started breakfast TV together, it would have been 10 years ago.

“It’s bizarre because it’s gone like that really,” she said as she clicked her fingers. “It’s funny, isn’t it?”

“Although, the tiredness speaks for itself,” the host went on to joke.

The show proceeded to share a photo of Laura and Ranvir in their first days of presenting, alongside Gethin Jones.

“Well, congratulations,” Susanna chipped in as Ben continued: “Goodness me, what happened to Gethin?

“Gethin got released,” Ben joked. “Was that Gethin…”

They then went on to share clips of both Ranvir and Laura during their first days of presenting on GMB.

“Look at my wig,” Ranvir said commenting about her hairdo.

“You look amazing,” Ben praised as he said to the weather presenter: “Laura, you have not changed.”

“I have,” she explained. “The lack of sleep and early mornings, I really feel they’re catching up on me.”

Laura also shared the post on her Twitter account, writing: “10 years!!!

“Looking a (little) older @ranvir01 looks younger.”
