This Morning: Holly Willoughby returns
This Morning has been dealt a crushing blow as the ITV show could miss out on winning the NTA for the Best Daytime Show on Tuesday night.
Over the years, This Morning has won the National Television Award for Best Daytime/Live Magazine Show for 18 years running, from 1998 to 2022.
However, according to the bookmakers’ latest odds, the ITV show could be beaten by Loose Women this year.
Ladbrokes have revealed the latest odds for the Best Daytime Show award, and as things stand it’s Loose have been given odds of 4/5 of winning.
Elsewhere, This Morning is currently priced at 2/1, ahead of The Chase (5/1) and The Repair Shop (8/1).

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “We’d be amazed if This Morning chiefs find themselves on stage at this year’s NTAs… all the signs currently point towards a win for Loose Women.”
This Morning host Holly Willoughby was also dealt a blow after she missed out on making the Best Presenter category.
Holly and her former co-star Phillip Schofield are both usually nominated, but the pair appear to have been snubbed from the 2023 nominees.
Last year, comedy duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly scooped the award for Best Presenter.

During Monday’s This Morning, Holly and Alison Hammond shared their excitement about the NTAs.
Holly may not have made the Best Presenter category, but she was thrilled her co-star Alison did.
During an interview with ceremony host Joel Dommett, Holly put her arm around Alison, telling her: “Good luck tomorrow night, we’ll see you there.”
Holly returned to her hosting role after taking an extended break from the show, although, according to a body language expert, the presenter seemed nervous.
