Holly Willoughby was left red-faced after becoming confused during a cooking segment on This Morning.
The presenter and co-host Phillip Schofield welcomed Jun Tanaka, 50, on today's show (June 22) to show off his cooking skills.
While the chef was cooking his one-pot summer lamb, he started explaining to the Dancing On Ice presenter the steps to take to reduce the sauce in the dish.

The American-born Japanese-British television chef said: "Take the lid off, and it helps reduce the sauce down and intensifies the flavour."
Believing he meant taking it out of the oven completely, an intrigued Holly asked: "But how does it reduce the sauce, just because it steams away?"
"Yeah because if you take the lid off it reduces down slightly and starts to caramelise on the top and so thickens it up," the 50-year-old explained.
"How clever is that! I would never think to do that!" Holly exclaimed.
What, reducing a sauce? a baffled Phil asked.
Holly informed him: "No but leaving it off the hob to reduce on its own, because you would reduce it on the hob but he said you just put it on the side. You take the lid off and it just does it on its own, I've never heard that!"
"No," the chef chimed in, before he corrected Holly: "Inside the oven."
The presenter then realised she'd got the wrong end of the stick and began intensely giggling after she realised the mistake.
"Oh", a shocked Holly exclaimed as she giggled: "I thought you said leave it on the side!"
"I'd have gone home and been like, 'just leave it on the side, it does it itself, it's magic'!" she joked as a stunned Phil put his head in hands.

Not believing what his pal just said, Phil told Holly: "I had no clue where you were going with that then, I just didn't understand."
An embarrassed Holly grabbed a napkin to hide her face as she suddenly proclaimed in a high pitched voice: "I'm so I clarified, I would've gone home leaving pots and pans all over the side – it's not working!"
Phil poked fun at the Freeze the Fear presenter as mimicked: "It's exactly the same amount as when I left it this morning!"
The Celebrity Juice star couldn't contain her embarrassment as she laughed: "Okay I get it now, put it in the oven!"
