VANESSA Feltz has opened up about her friendship with Alison Hammond and Holly Willoughby amid rumours of a This Morning feud.

The broadcaster, 61, is a regular fixture on the ITV daytime programme as its resident agony aunt.

And it appears that when the cameras aren't rolling Vanessa is just as close with two of its biggest stars.

She's opened up about her close friendship with Holly, 42 and Alison, 48 who have been there for her since her breakup.

She told OK!: "I’ve known Alison for about 21 years, and Holly for 10 – it’s a long time

"We’re proper friends in real life. It’s not just a TV thing, it’s a real thing.

"Both of those women are 100 per cent there for me, and have been in various different circumstances.”

She added: "What you see on TV is what they’re really like, and they’re very funny.

"They are excellent company and tremendous for a girls’ night out.”

Vanessa had a rocky start to the year, after it was revealed her fiance Ben, 50, had been cheating on her.

She was left heartbroken after calling off her 16-year engagement to the singer after learning he had cheated.

It came just six years after the Phats and Small musician cheated with a club owner who ran bars in Ibiza and Thailand.

Agony aunt Vanessa opened up publicly about being unable to sleep after the ordeal, as she relied on friends and family for comfort.
