Mike Thurston is well-known for being a British YouTuber, body recomposition specialist and fitness trainer.
He comes from Leeds, Yorkshire and was born on August 9, 1990.
The fitness fanatic first got into weight lifting back in 2008 when he was 18.
He then left Leeds that same year to study an Economics and Business Management degree in Newcastle.
However, during this time he left his fitness plan behind and swapped this for a lifestyle of partying while at university.
After his studies he worked as a club promoter in Spain and had an unhealthy lifestyle.
It was in 2012 when Like decided to get back into fitness and built a career from it.
