THE Apprentice is now well over halfway through, and every week the candidates are whittled down.

Each episode see one contestant fired by Lord Sugar, which means they have to leave the boardroom forever.

Who left The Apprentice last night? 

The Apprentice said goodbye to one more candidate last night (February 16, 2023)

Episode seven saw the candidates design a new lunchbox aimed at six-to-eight-year-olds to help encourage healthy eating.

But as usual, one group didn't quite manage to meet the expectations of the task set out and found themselves in the firing line.

This time it was Sohail Chowdhary who got the boot.

Firing him, Lord Sugar said: “Sohail- very, very bad management on this task I have to say. So, it is with regret that you’re fired.”

Speaking after his exit, Sohail said: “I’m a martial artist, I’ve been in plenty of fights before and don’t get me wrong this is one of the hardest ones. 

“It’s a loss, yeah, but you’re going to see a big win from me very, very soon.”

The Apprentice started off with 18 candidates, all hoping to impress Lord Sugar.

How can I watch The Apprentice?

The Apprentice can be watched on BBC One every Thursday night at 9pm.
