COPS are hunting for a group of knifemen after a 12-year-old boy was repeatedly stabbed by a machete-wielding gang.
Emergency services dashed to the scene in Poplar, East London, at about 9.30pm on Monday after the youngster was found with multiple stab wounds.
He was rushed to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made and police believe a gang may be behind the attack.
Police have issued a notice to local residents, warning them the suspects may still be in the area and armed with weapons, MyLondon reports.
Cops believe there is potential for "revenge attacks" to take place in Poplar in the coming days.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "A 12-year-old boy was found with stab wounds.
"He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital. His condition is not life threatening."
