Superman star Dean Cain has doled out nearly $4million to purchase his new Las Vegas-area mansion after he fled crime-ridden California.
The actor has previously said he was driven from his $7.25million home in Malibu to Las Vegas, where he said there is less traffic, lower taxes, and less crime.
His new two-story home sits on 0.27 acres in the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood of Seven Hills in Henderson, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
It features an infinity pool, a movie theater, an outdoor waterfall and a game room.
The 6,557-square-foot home, which was built in 2017, offers Cain and his family five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a three-car garage.

It boasts ‘custom modern contemporary architecture,’ according to its listing from real estate agency Douglas Elliman Nevada, and has a so-called walk-on-water entrance from the courtyard.
A gourmet kitchen offers a walk-in pantry, while the master bedroom offers views of the Las Vegas Strip.
Elsewhere in the home, residents can take in views of the scenic mountains surrounding the city, and the deck outside offers 360-degree views.
Throughout the home there is an open layout with high ceilings, giving the home a spacious feel.
The modern home also features an elevator, allowing easy access to the second floor.
And to the rear of the home, there is an infinity-edge pool, a jacuzzi, a small putting green and fire pits offering warmth while residents can lay down on a chaise lounge.
A built-in outdoor bar and kitchen provides plenty of opportunities to entertain guests enjoying the desert heat.
The listing for the home notes: ‘Nevada is a state WITHOUT individual and corporate income taxes, offering significant savings for residents.’
Kristen Routh-Silberman of Douglas Elliman, who held the listing, declined to comment.

Last month, Cain — who is best known for playing Clark Kent in the TV series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman between 1993 to 1997 — appeared on Fox and Friends to talk about his decision to relocate to the state.
‘I love California. It’s the most beautiful state. Everything’s wonderful about it except for the policies,’ Cain told Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade. ‘The policies are just terrible. The fiscal policies, the soft-on-crime policies, the homelessness policies.’
‘The things that our leaders in California have been doing have driven out anybody who can really afford to get out. People are flocking out of there in droves.’

He listed his Malibu home (pictured) in March and sold the property for $7.25 million in May as part of an effort to escape California
When asked if making the move was likely to affect his livelihood as an actor, he suggested the film industry had been spending money elsewhere for a while.
‘The business has been leaving there for a long time. The prices to film there are astronomical, that’s why people have been filming in Georgia and Louisiana and Texas and other states,’ said Cain.
‘The cost of doing business is so much less there, on every front,’ he added.
‘The hard part is because you’ve got such a great base of workers in California, but everybody that I know who’s working there wants to get out as well. I’ve shot one movie in California in the last, I don’t know, four or five years, everything else is somewhere else,’ the actor continued.
‘I’ve been here for two weeks now, and I can tell you, smart move,’ he said of his relocation to Nevada.
‘My son is ten times happier here in Las Vegas. If I wanted to do anything out of Malibu, it took me 45 minutes to an hour to get anywhere. Here, the longest I’m driving is 20 minutes.’
