EXCLUSIVE: Man given a £50,000 bionic penis after being born without a manhood splits from girlfriend who took his virginity at the age of 45

A man born without a penis has split from his girlfriend who took his virginity aged 45 thanks to his new bionic manhood, MailOnline can reveal.
Andrew Wardle finally had sex with long-term girlfriend Fedra Fabian, 33, after having a £50,000 penile mechanical implant fitted in 2018.
The couple even discussed starting a family together or adopting.
However now they have partied ways with Fabian going back to her native Hungary leaving Andrew, now 50, alone.
A source told MailOnline: ‘It’s sad but they have split up after all they have been through.

‘They just drifted apart especially after Fedra had to go back to Budapest to see a sick relative.
‘When someone is very a different country these things can happen. It came to a natural conclusion.
‘It ended about a year ago but they were together for ten years.
‘Andrew hasn’t been with anyone else. He still has to go through some medical procedures.
‘He got feeling in his penis when he could get pleasure from sex. But it was not just about the sex, he wants to be healthy.’
Andrew, of Stalybridge, Gtr Manchester, has a one-in-20million health condition called bladder exstrophy, which means he was born with no penis, one testicle and his bladder outside his body.
He suffered years of torment at school and turned to drugs in a bid to forget his health battle at the age of 18.
As a child he underwent a surgical procedure to create an artificial opening known as a stoma in his urinary system.
He had countless operations to build a tube from his bladder so he could pass water normally and suffered from kidney problems.

But in 2012 he was given hope by doctors who built him a new bladder and a new penis.
Doctors operated him at the University College Hospital London in June and Andrew said he felt like the ‘bionic man’.
But he had to wait six weeks before he could have sex for the first time.
He told MailOnline after the op: ‘I’m very excited that I can move on now.
‘But I think having sex for the first time is more of a big deal for everyone else than it is for me.
‘I’ve spent 44 years without a penis and I’ve coped with not having sex for all that time. It will take me a while to get in the swing of things.
‘Of course, I’m looking forward to it. But, for me, it’s not the be-all-and-end-all. It’s a by-product of the operation. It will enable me to feel part of society.
After activating a button in his groin to pump up his ‘ridiculously big’ new penis, he lost his virginity to Fedra.

Andrew admitted it was ‘fantastic’ to finally have sex.
He added: ‘After all Fedra and I have been through, it’s the cherry on the cake.’
The couple appeared together on ITV1’s This Morning.
Fedra said: ‘We got there. We built it in a different way, in an old school way, in a sense.
‘He’s my best friend, my partner in crime and we got there in just under six years.’
She added: ‘It was really natural, it only lasted around 30 minutes. I was really nervous not to cause any pain, which is usually the other way around, isn’t it.
‘It was just really magical. It was just lovely to make the next step and open that door, but it wasn’t forced.’
