Rudy Giuliani’s sexual assault accuser has filed in court graphic transcripts allegedly describing recordings of his unwanted advances, including the vulgar remark ‘Your t*ts belong to me.’
Noelle Dunphy’s attorneys filed a transcript of the recording on Tuesday in Manhattan court, allegedly depicting Giuliani telling Dunphy: ‘Come here, big t*ts. Your t*ts belong to me. Give them to me. I want to claim my t*ts.’
Dunphy in May filed a lawsuit against Giuliani, alleging he coerced her into sex while she worked for him between 2019 and 2021 and owes her nearly $2 million in unpaid wages.
The former mayor of New York City and Donald Trump’s longtime fixer has denied the claims, saying the suit is filled with exaggerations and salacious details ‘to create a media frenzy.’
Giuliani previously said in court papers that he had a consensual relationship with Dunphy ‘for a few months’ in 2019, during his time as Trump’s personal lawyer, but denied she ever worked for him or that he pressured her into sex.

MS. DUNPHY: Oh, yeah.
MR. GIULIANI: These breasts belong to me. Nobody else can get near these, okay? I don’t care if they’re flirting or they give you business cards. These are mine, you got it?
MS. DUNPHY: Yes.
MR. GIULIANI: Understand? I’m very f***ing possessive. I’ve gone easy on you.
MS. DUNPHY: I don’t know.
MR. GIULIANI: I’ve been easy on you.
MS. DUNPHY: You’re pretty tough on me.
MR. GIULIANI: I’ve been easy on you. Give them to me.

Dunphy’s lawsuit, filed in state court in New York, ‘contains a blunderbuss of contradictory allegations,’ Giuliani said in a court response in June. Her ‘singular objective’ is to defame him, he said.
A spokesman for Giuliani did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Wednesday afternoon.
The new transcript describing Giuliani’s crude remarks was one of several filed as exhibits in connection with a legal memo from Dunphy’s attorneys opposing his motion to toss out their claims.
The audio recording was allegedly made on March 12, 2019, and the transcript describes Giuliani telling Dunphy, ‘These are my t*ts,’ to which she replies: ‘Oh, yeah.’
Dunphy’s attorneys also filed other transcripts, including one describing Giuliani making anti-Jewish remarks.
‘Jews… Get over the Passover. It was like 3,000 years ago. Okay, the Red Sea parted. Big deal. Not the first time that happened,’ he allegedly said in one April 1, 2019 recording.
Another transcript dated simply in the year 2019 describes Giuliani speculating about ‘natural selection’ and the impact on male genitalia size.
‘Jewish men have small c**ks because they can’t use them after they get married. Whereas the Italian men use them all their lives so they get bigger,’ he allegedly said.
The new court filings came as Giuliani was identified as the attorney designated ‘Co-conspirator 1’ in a federal indictment on Tuesday charging Trump over his failed attempt to reverse his 2020 presidential election defeat.
Giuliani figures repeatedly in the indictment, which describes him as attorney ‘who was willing to spread knowingly false claims and pursue strategies’ that Trump’s campaign managers refused to endorse.

What does Noelle Dunphy’s suit claim about Giuliani?
Filed in May, Dunphy’s lawsuit goes into detail about the alleged abuse exhibited by the man once dubbed America’s Mayor – who she says forced her to engage in ‘violent sex’ and attend video conferences naked, all under the pretense of a $1million contract.
It further claims Giuliani forced Dunphy to work in shorts printed with an American flag, and perform oral sex on him while on the phone with Trump.
In short, Dunphy says her employment was a ‘sham’ motivated by the former New York politician’s ‘secret’ desire for her – and claims she’s still owed $2 million in unpaid wages promised as part of the shady arrangement.
Filed in New York County Supreme Court, the lawsuit alleges how Giuliani would regularly request sexual favors from Dunphy while he was on the phone.
The rationale behind the arrangement, attorneys for the business consultant wrote, was because it made him ‘feel like Bill Clinton.’
It added that Dunphy never knew when these alleged interactions would transpire, claiming they were premeditated because,’ in many instances, [Giuliani] had taken Viagra or similar medication beforehand in preparation.
In addition to his sexual demands, Giuliani went on alcohol-drenched rants that included sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks, which made the work environment unbearable,’ the lawsuit, filed Monday, said.
‘Many of these comments were recorded.’
Listing some of these alleged workplace comments, Dunphy quoted the embattled GOP figure as saying that ‘black guys hit women more than anybody else does… and so do Hispanic guys.’
‘It is in their culture,’ Giuliani allegedly reasoned while delivering the off-color remark.

Dunphy, in her lawsuit, also accused Giuliani of reneging on a promise to represent her, for free, in a protracted legal fight involving claims of domestic violence.
In that legal fight, Dunphy had accused a romantic partner of raping her and throwing her down a flight of stairs.
The man she sued filed a counter lawsuit, saying he was the one being physically assaulted and harassed. He also sued for defamation, saying he was being extorted.
Giuliani, in his court response to Dunphy´s lawsuit, cited her previous legal dispute as evidence that she is a ‘seasoned professional at accusing former romantic partners of misdeeds in civil litigation.’
Dunphy agreed to accept $10,000 to settle her claims in 2016. But the two sides were still fighting over a final resolution as recently as last year.
