Landlord posts video of himself using a chainsaw to evict tenants

Moment millionaire property tycoon uses a chainsaw to cut through a door ‘to evict tenants’ (but social media is NOT impressed by the stunt)

This is the shocking moment a controversial landlord, who claims to be worth millions, allegedly evicted a tenant by cutting a hole in their door with a chainsaw.

Footage showing Samuel Leeds, 29, cutting through the door has been shared widely online but some have questioned if all is as Samuel says it is.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Mr Leeds captioned a photo of him holding a chainsaw in front of the door: ‘Today, I had to evict somebody out of my property with a chainsaw.

‘If they were at a hotel and refused to check out, security would break entry within the hour.

‘My lawyer suggested I send a certified bailiff, but I figured it was more fun doing it myself.’

The post was flagged by X, who added context to the post that Mr Leeds often posts ‘outlandish’ claiming to get engagement and questioned the legitimacy of the video.

They wrote: ‘This person is known for making outlandish claims for engagement and has presented no evidence that this is the result of an eviction.

‘Additionally, it is illegal for anyone other than a court bailiff to carry out an eviction, further casting doubt on the post.

Mr Leeds also asked his followers on X, ‘If you owned a property and somebody wasn’t paying and expected you to foot the bill.

He attached two answers, ‘evict them’ or ‘let them stay’.

In response to the post, one X user wrote: ‘Go through the legal route for eviction. That’s what intelligent people do.’

Another said: ‘Because it’s you and what you posted, I’d let them stay.’

While a third said: ‘To those that voted let them stay please get in touch with me I would be willing to stay rent free’.
