Baby Elijah Shemwell was found in cardiac arrest at a home in Belper, Derbyshire, on January 22 last year.

Sadly, the four-month-old couldn't be saved and died three days later in hospital.

She is also accused of assault, ill-treatment, neglect or abandonment of a child or young person causing unnecessary suffering or injury.
