A flight to Brazil descended into chaos as a mass brawl broke out between more than a dozen women, with the group slapping and screaming at each other in front of bewildered passengers.
Video shows the women hitting one another and pulling each other’s hair while the cabin crew tried in vain to break them apart in the chaotic scenes during a Gol Airlines flight from Salvador to Sao Paulo on Thursday.
The mass brawl between the 15 passengers became so frantic and aggressive that one of the women involved spilled out of her strapless top and was forced to cover her breasts with her hands.
The flight attendants were caught in the middle of the brawl, with the women leaning over the bewildered crew members to slap each other.
The row reportedly erupted between two families after a mother asked another passenger if she could swap seats with her child, who has special needs.

Within seconds, another screaming passenger ran up to the woman and began pulling on her hair and slapping her repeatedly – the flight attendant caught up between them
Another woman, wearing a white bandeau top, is seen pulling on the same woman’s hair. At one point she tries to get leverage by sitting on top of a seat as she pulls on the woman’s curly hair
But when the mother’s request was turned down, she became angry and began attacking the other passenger, according to local media.
Video shows how the row quickly escalated and ended up in a mass brawl between a group of women.

Another woman, wearing a white bandeau top, is seen pulling on the same woman’s hair. At one point she tries to get leverage by sitting on top of a seat as she pulls on the woman’s curly hair.
But the woman in the strapless bandeau top quickly stops pulling the woman’s hair after she realised her crop top had slid down, leaving her topless in the aisle.
Flight attendants tried to pick one woman up from under her arms and drag her away from the brawl as they tried in vain to get the passengers under control.
The fight broke out while passengers were waiting to take off from Salvador International airport in Bahia to Sao Paulo-Congonhas Airport in Brazil.

The crew finally managed to get control of the group and 15 passengers were eventually escorted from the plane and the plane set off for its destination following a nearly two hour delay.
Gol Airlines later said in a statement: ‘The scene in the video doing the rounds on social networks took place before flight G3 1659 took off this Thursday from Salvador (SSA) to Congonhas (CGH), in Sao Paulo.
‘The people involved in the scenes of aggression were disembarked and did not continue their journey.
‘The company condemns all acts of violence and stresses that the actions taken by the crew were taken with regards to safety, Gol’s number-one priority.’
