A MAN has been charged in connection with alleged threatening and abusive behaviour after trans double rapist Isla Bryson moaned over "abuse" in prison.
Sex beast Bryson, 31, who is serving eight years behind bars in HMP Edinburgh for attacks on two vulnerable mums, claimed that human rights laws are being broken.
The brute, previously known as Adam Graham, claimed to be the subject of transphobic attacks by other prisoners.
Bryson added that, as a result, the Scottish Prison Service and Scottish Government have breached human rights laws.
In letters sent to the Sunday Mail, the fiend added that "this jail is full of transphobic people".
Writing from jail, Bryson said: “They are breaking the human rights laws. I’m not doing too good because of abuse from the staff members all because I am transgender and other prisoners too.

“This jail is full of transphobic people. The police are involved because of the abuse to do with my gender. People won’t stop being transphobic.”
A 24-year-old man has been charged in connection to an alleged hate crime after Bryson complained to officers this month.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Around 11am on Thursday 8 June 2023, we received a report of a hate crime at HMP Edinburgh.
"A 24-year-old man has been charged in connection with threatening and abusive behaviour. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."

The Scottish Sun revealed in January that court papers stated Bryson, of Clydebank, near Glasgow, was accused of raping two women with “her penis”.
When first charged the perv was living as Adam Graham but switched genders in time for the court case.
Bryson was found guilty of the attacks and initially sent to Cornton Vale women’s jail, Stirling. But after a public outcry the beast was switched to a male prison.
Earlier this month we told how Bryson hooked up with drug-dealing paedophile Jason King, 44, in the capital nick.
But bosses later separated the monsters.
A source said: “Bryson knew Jason was lonely and tried to make friends.” We revealed in January that court papers stated Bryson, of Clydebank, near Glasgow, was accused of raping two women with “her penis”.
It comes after we revealed that fellow cons claimed Bryson is getting extra time to shower in jail.
They say that Bryson is given an extra half hour a day alone in HMP Edinburgh’s bathroom.
Insiders also told how the fiend refused to take a shower and kicked off after demanding an afternoon scrub.
A source said: “The staff choose when Bryson can go for her extra half an hour but the prisoner refused and it caused a massive fuss.
“Bryson’s always playing the discrimination card and gets special treatment. It’s causing tensions that Bryson is allowed to wear a wig and women’s clothes in a men’s nick.
“People are seriously fed-up with the whole carry-on.”
Earlier this year, we revealed how Nicola Sturgeon's final weeks before her resignation bombshell had been dominated by the gender self-ID row and the Isla Bryson scandal.
Critics had warned of the dangers of allowing people to legally change sex without a gender dysphoria diagnosis, and the risk of predatory men accessing female-only spaces.
The scandal came after Holyrood backed self-ID in December.
And the fallout has seen Ms Sturgeon repeatedly refuse to say if she believes Bryson is a man or a woman.
In February, Ms Sturgeon was asked directly whether she thought Bryson is a woman, after slipping up during a press conference by referring to the prisoner as “her”.
The then First Minister said: “She regards herself as a woman. I regard the individual as a rapist.”
Since taking over as Scottish Government leader, Mr Yousaf has also dodged the question of whether Bryson is a man or a woman.
He has opted to say that the violent criminal is “at it”, not a “genuine trans woman” and a rapist.
