TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of rape after a woman was sexually assaulted in Cardiff city centre.
Cops received a report in the early hours of Saturday, April 1, alleging a woman had been seriously sexually assaulted.
The men, aged 20 and 19, were released on bail after the alleged incident.
Cops cordoned off a pedestrian underpass near Queen Street in the city centre.
Police have said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with this investigation.
In a statement on Monday afternoon, South Wales Police said: "Officers investigating a serious sexual assault which was reported during the early hours Saturday morning in central Cardiff have arrested two men on suspicion of rape.
"The men, a 20-year-old from Bridgend and a 19-year-old from Cardiff, are now on bail pending further investigation.
"We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this investigation."
