A TINY sustainable home that brings in £15,000 a year has hit the market for those who don't need a lot of space.
The pint-sized two-bed features an open-plan living area and a loft space that is accessible through a ladder.
The 613 sq ft property, located in Geelong, Australia, even has room for a courtyard and an off-street car park.
Harcourts North Geelong estate agent Joe Grgic said the minuscule house was in high demand as a rental as it "ticks so many boxes."
He said the home benefits from sustainable features such as double-glazed, windows and concrete floors.
He told realestate.com.au: "It’s not your run-of-the-mill home, but it ticks so many boxes.

The mini house is one of the three small homes made by the design and construction company Small Change.
The company's director Sally Wills said the homes were designed to showcase how a small footprint coul work and eventually trigger a change in Victoria's planning rules.
Referring to the choice of Norlane as a location she said: "It just seemed like an ideal place to pop a one-bedroom place that could be used for older people downsizing or alternatively younger people buying their first home.
"There’s a lot of people, particularly young people who are very happy living in apartments, but would like a little bit more land, not necessarily a bigger house."
She said those who stayed in the house- where she also stayed to see how it works- were people who considered downsizing.
"Honestly, you say to people ‘I built a 60sq m house’ and they do not understand what that could possibly look like until you see it and realise it’s almost a two-story building so it does actually feel quite large, it doesn’t feel like a tiny apartment."
The unique home has been listed with a £210,000 to £225,000 price guide.
