A JILTED woman falsely accused her ex of attacking her and branded his new girlfriend "Mexican Shrek" in a hate campaign.
Emily Connolly, 25, shared a photo of her nursing a face injury in Facebook then blamed Alex Schooler.
The soldier, who had dated Connolly for just two weeks, was banned from seeing his children as a result of the false accusation.
He was also bombarded with abusive messages from Connolly, who told him: "Only a fat troll would love you. Look at your skin, you make me sick."
The stalker also vowed: "I am going to stab you. I am going to make your life a f***ng misery. I am going to ruin you”.
In further vile texts, Connolly targeted Alex's new girlfriend by branding her "Mexican Shrek" and a "fat c***".
She has now been spared jail and was instead handed a nine week sentence suspended for two years.
Warrington Magistrates' Court heard how Connolly had trolled Alex in a twisted bid to rekindle their romance by "isolating" him from friends and family.
The former couple had briefly dates in March this year but he ended things when he discovered Connolly had issues with alcohol.
She then began targeting him and his loved ones in a terrifying hate campaign that culminated in the fake abuse post.

Connolly shared the image of her with a bloodied face to Alex's former partner claiming he had been "aggressive" with her.
He said: "She said I gave her the injuries but it was an old injury and she had shown me that injury before during our relationship. As a result of this lie, my ex-partner stopped access to my children as she fears that I may be a danger to them.
”'Emily even made remarks about my skin condition. She knows how self-conscious I am about that. She clearly chose those words to cause distress. She sent the picture to family members and my mum, saying I had attacked her. She put it on Facebook saying I had domestically assaulted her, but quickly took it down.
“She was trying to cause issues with my family and isolate me from my support network, to try and make me take her back. I made it clear that I did not want any further contact. Despite that, she continues to call me and threaten me.
"It was having a real detrimental effect on my mental health. I have been stopped from seeing my children. I am constantly on edge waiting for the next threat or abusive call.''
Connolly admitted harassment and sending menacing and false messages online.
As well as a suspended sentence, she was ordered to complete a six month mental health programme, 90 days of alcohol abstinence monitoring and 20 rehabilitation activity days.
She was also slapped with a two year restraining order banning her from contacting Alex and his girlfriend and was ordered to pay £154 in costs and victim surcharge.
Sentencing, JP Eric Hodgson told her: “Bearing in mind the aggravated element and the harm caused to the victims in totality the offences have crossed the custody threshold.
"However, we do believe that there is a realistic prospect of rehabilitation in your case.
“We are not going to award compensation because all we have given you has been sufficient punishment, and we do think it would be better to have a clean break between you and the victims.”
