Coronation Street star Lisa George, who plays the iconic character Beth Sutherland on the ITV soap, looked unrecognisable when she appeared as a contestant on one of the latest episodes of BBC's Pointless Celebrities.
Lisa, 50, who has played Beth since 2011, looked worlds away from her character on the cobbles as she dressed up for the game show and looked stunning with her blonde hair curled and popped up into a loose bun.
The game show features contestants who try to score as few points as possible by coming up with the answers no one else can think of.
The actress, who starred on the 12th series of Dancing On Ice, donned a flawless face of makeup and added a pop of colour with bright red lipstick. She wore some statement emerald green earrings which matched her green outfit.
In Coronation Street, the bubbly star looks unrecognisable as her hair is styled with a blonde fringe and often has half of her hair pinned up in a casual ponytail.
The actress has played an impressive three different roles since her first appearance on the cobbles in 1997, including a nursing colleague, a police family liaison officer, and then she was brought back in 2011 to play her iconic role as Beth Tinker.
Following her character taking on a permanent role, Lisa was nominated Best Newcomer at the TV Choice Awards in 2012. Beth Tinker then married Kirk Sutherland in 2015 when she became Beth Sutherland.
Last month Lisa George hit back at a social media user after they mistook her for another soap star after she enjoyed a night out with former co-star Katie McGlynn, who played Sinead Tinker on the cobbles until 2020.
Taking to Instagram, Katie shared a radiant selfie and red carpet snap with Lisa at the Manchester Film Festival. She captioned it as: "You might have only been my auntie Beth on-screen, but us two are family for life" with a heart emoji.
Fans were quick to go wild over the glamorous duo but Lisa took umbrage with one social media user after they mistook her for another soap star. The account put: "U look gorgeous Katie, is that les Battersbys wife ??" to which Lisa hit back with: "No it b****y well isn’t!"
Meanwhile, one person wrote: "Wow!, looking absolutely incredible ladies!" and a different account put: "You both look stunning! xx" with heart emojis.
