Ferne McCann ‘can’t stop crying’ as she ‘quits’ Instagram amid leaked voice notes drama

Ferne McCann has reportedly been left unable to stop crying amid drama surrounding leaked voice notes.

An anonymous Instagram account started sharing recordings, which appear to be Ferne's voice, last week. The first clip sensationally appears to feature her using the C-word to talk about her fellow TOWIE star and former BFF Sam Faiers, adding: "Her thighs are so big and I looked really skinny today."

While Sam has sought comfort from new pals and brushed off the drama by spending time with her family, a distraught Ferne, 32, has allegedly been left in tears.

A source told The Sun: "Ferne is devastated by all of this. She hasn’t stopped crying all week."

OK! has contacted Ferne's representative for comment.

Earlier this week, in another voice note, a woman, allegedly Ferne, can be heard saying: "She is just a narcissistic b***h.

"It’s just so s**t on people that have worked hard, because she’s got a big following. It’s just ridiculous — it’s out of order."

Ferne and Sam are thought to have been very close at one time with their friendship pre-dating TOWIE.

Ferne was thought to still be very close to Sam's sister, Billie, but their relationship now may be tested after a third voice note dragged her into the row.

The recording is thought to be five years old and sent close to the time Billie, 32, gave birth to her second child.

In the clip, a voice which is alleged to be Ferne admits it's "weird" Billie's son Arthur shares a name with her ex-boyfriend, Arthur Collins, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after being found guilty of carrying out an acid attack in 2017.

Arthur, 29, is the father of Ferne's only child, Sunday, four. The voice note says: "It feels so weird saying 'Arthur', I can't believe it.

"It's like me having a little boy and calling him Greg [Billie's husband's name]. Anyway, whatever."

Ferne has also reportedly "quit" Instagram in light of the drama and her most recent post was last Sunday.

Although the former TOWIE star's account remains live, she has also opted to turn comments off on a number of posts.
