However he told The Sun: ‘I’ve bumped into Gillian at least ten times in the last 12 years with her kids, with my kids, and I thought we’re all good’.

Despite this he said the TV nutritionist wanted to ‘do battle’ with him as soon as she set foot in camp.

He also discussed Gillian sneaking contraband into the jungle declaring it ‘typical’ of the TV star, before quipping that her 2010 fainting episode was ‘a load of b******s’.

He also seemingly suggested that Paul Burrell’s over the top reaction to trials was possibly less than genuine.

Telling the publication: ‘I love Paul Burrell, but the end of the day Paul comes from a pit village. Paul’s dad was a miner, Paul is hard as f***’.

It comes after Shaun revealed he has lost two stone since leaving the show by using Ozempic, but claims those who use it for the sake of vanity ‘need professional help.’

He admitted he has been using controversial weight loss jab, a drug used for type two diabetes.

Mimic: The former royal butler mirrored his horrified expressions from 19 years ago while getting stuck into his latest challenge

By injecting it into his stomach, Shaun has been able to get back into his favourite hobby of cycling.

However he added that others who rely on it need to seek ‘professional help’.

The drug has become a trend in Hollywood for weight loss – and has been slammed by some for worries it could fuel eating disorders

Ozempic and rival jab Wegovy have surged in popularity after becoming the first drugs proven to aid weight-loss.

Those who have admitted using it include Chelsea Handler and Elon Musk, who lost 30lbs on the drug.

Meanwhile some suspect that the Kardashian sisters – such as Kim and Khloe – have also been using it.

Khloe has denied doing so but Kim has never commented on the suspicions.

Shaun added: ‘Ultimately it’s up to them but there’s probably a lot of body issues going on there. I think most of the Kardashians need professional help.

‘For me it’s great; I actually get a bit of energy from it so now we’re back to cycling.’

Original appearance: Shaun appeared on the 2010 series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here

Friday saw Shaun, Phil Tufnell and Andy Whyment left the Savannah Scrub and headed into Main Camp, only to discover they would take part in the first survival Trial of the series.

Each picked another celebrity to do it with them, and the losing pair would leave camp for good – with Shaun choosing former nemesis Gillian.

The trial saw the pairs handcuffed together and had to remove spanners and wrenches from three boxes – filled with creepy crawlies – in a bid to free themsleves.

However Gillian refused to put her into  the first box as she was scared of the snakes inside, resulting in her and Shaun being the first to leave camp and fans exclaiming the nutritionist ‘didn’t even try’ to win the task.

Phil, teamed with Georgia Toffolo, got off to a flying start they were followed close behind by Andy and Jordan Banjo.

Fans took to Twitter to declare their disappointment at Shaun’s exit, after he was previously tipped to be crowned king of the jungle.

While others slammed Gillian as ‘irritating’ and saying that she was acting and feigning fear for the camera.

One wrote: ‘Poor Shaun. Glad Gillian is gone though. Irritating woman’ and ‘Pretty obvs Gillian didn’t even try, proper set poor Shaun up’
