Jennifer Lopez scolds Ben Affleck in hilarious Dunkin’ Super Bowl ad

Ben Affleck delighted fans of the Super Bowl by taking up a sweet new acting role for one commercial – as wife Jennifer Lopez scolded him for his life choices.

The Super Bowl is the biggest, most-watched American Football match in the world, with over 208 million viewers in 2022.

In the past years, the adverts shown during the match has become just as entertaining as the match itself, as companies compete to have "the best Super Bowl advert."

This year saw Ben, 50, both act in and direct Dunkin' Donuts' advert, as he seen donning a headset and cap, as well as a tee emblazoned with the company slogan "America Runs On Dunkin'".

He was seen running through requests from customers who are then stunned when they see him in the serving window as they drive round to pay for and collect their orders.

Customers are visibly shocked at the sight of the Oscar winner wearing the full Dunkin' uniform as he runs off specials in a heavy Boston accent. "How can it be this inexpensive and good?" he quips over the loud speaker.

Ben is then seen taking a selfie with one customer as they lean out of their car window, as well as giving away some munchkin donuts to another before an unexpected customer pulls up to the window.

"What are you doing here? Is this what you do when you say you're going to work all day?" Jennifer asks.

After a brief pause, Ben says: "I gotta go guys."

Jennifer then demands: "Grab me a glazed!"

Viewers praised the ad on social media, saying it was one of the best Super Bowl commercials ever.

One person wrote: "Best ad in SB history. Congrats to both."

"Best of the best," a second person wrote.

A third person wrote: "Looks happier to be there than the Grammys," referring to Ben being turned into a meme after looking "miserable" at the awards ceremony.

Dunkin' Donuts teased the spot in the days leading up to Super Bowl Sunday. One post on social media promised "Something's Ben Brewing."

Jennifer and Ben, who got married last year, filmed the commercial back in January as they prepared for the SuperBowl LVII showdown between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs.
