Katie Price is planning to have a sixth child with the help of IVF, and reports suggest that her journey to become a mum for the sixth time will be filmed for a new docu-series.
And although she has been labelled as an "attention seeker" and a bad "role model" by critics over this, she seems set to go ahead with plans following her wedding to on-and-off fiancé Carl Woods.
The TV personality, 45, is already mum to Harvey, 21, Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight, but has recently shared that she is desperate to have at least one more baby.
A source has since told The Sun that Katie has already found a surrogate, enlisting a fan to carry her sixth baby and that this journey will be filmed for a new TV show.
The insider told the outlet: "Katie's signed up a fan of hers to act as a surrogate – this woman has been over to stay at Katie's house and babysat her kids before.
"It’s all back on track now Katie and Carl have reunited. They're both really excited about it. Katie's shopping around a reality show again now – she's burned bridges at a few TV channels but she thinks a show following her surrogacy journey will have fans tuning in.
"She's saying that she hopes the surrogate has twins – so Katie's sixth and seventh children could be here by next year!"
However, Katie may find her baby plans – although not her documentary plans – halted if she is jailed following her upcoming bankruptcy hearing on 14 September.
The former glamour model previously announced that she’d rather be "put in prison" than go to court next month, and a source has since told OK! that Katie is hoping that a stint in jail could help her launch a career as a documentary maker.
The source told us: "Katie’s adamant that a stint in prison will relaunch her career. She believes it’ll be her route to book deals, behind bars-style documentaries, television interviews."
However, HMP Woodhill prison officer Sarah Partridge has told OK! that Katie could be in for a rude awakening if she is jailed, as she won't be receiving any special treatment – and could even find herself targeted by criminals looking to make a name for themselves.
She said: "Most people seem to think it’s an easy ride behind bars but it’s really hard. Katie would have a massive shock- she’s a bit deluded if she thinks she’d go in and everyone would run up to her because she’s famous.
"She’d be a target and could be attacked – some prisoners like to make a name for themselves by hurting a famous face. I've seen that happen a lot in prison, it's all about popularity and who is top of the pecking order.
"Plus, Katie wouldn’t get special treatment- I’ve seen famous footballers have the same experience as everyone else."
