It seems Jacques O’Neill is moving on from Paige Thorne as he shared a fun-filled day at the fair with fellow former Islander, Mary Bedford.
The 23-year-old Love Island star left the villa a few weeks ago after struggling with his mental health on the show, but promised to wait for his partner, Paige, on the outside world.
The couple had a turbulent relationship that began to unravel as Paige discovered Jacques kissed Cheyanne Kerr in Casa Amor, and then bombshell Adam Collard arrived and started to get to know Paige, prompting Jacques to dramatically quit the show.
Yet it seems that Jacques has started to move on as he was spotted with former Islander Mary who rose to fame on season seven of the show in 2021 where she was partnered with Aaron Simpson.
The reality stars appeared to have a great day together at the Summer Daze VIP Launch at The Trafford Centre in Manchester on Friday.
Mary sported green splattered wide-leg trousers, sneakers, light green vest top and a green leather jacket for the occasion, while Jacques wore light grey cargo trousers and a matching shacket with a white tee underneath.
The duo went on several rides together, laughing as they chatted and posed for selfies in between the adrenaline-filled activities.
The couple seemed animated and at ease with each other as they strolled around the VIP event, before Jacques tucked into some chips.
Mary also shared a snap of the duo to her Instagram stories looking cosy and glammed up with Elle Brown. She captioned the post ‘gang’ with a hand shake and a love heart emoji.
Their cosy time in Manchester comes after eagle-eyed fans spotted that Jacques had deleted all pictures of his former partner Paige from his Instagram.
When he left the show, Jacques admitted he ‘did see’ Paige and him ‘working’ outside the villa and promised to wait for her and even turned down £60k to appear on Celebs Go Dating.
However, since then Paige has gone exclusive with Adam and it seems Jacques has well and truly moved on.
Mary and Jacques now also share the same management as The Sun announced that Jacques has joined the The Social PR run by former islander, Scott Thomas.
It seems that the star is onto lucrative new career moves as he recovers from his mental health issues and ‘the worst experience of his life’ on Love Island.
