Made in Chelsea’s Liv Bentley accidentally ate Tiffany Watson’s placenta thinking it was a sweet

Made in Chelsea's Olivia Bentley accidentally ate new mum Tiffany Watson's placenta, mistaking the gummy for an ordinary Haribo sweet.

The bizarre incident unfolded during Liv's visit to Tiffany house, to pay a visit to her and her baby son Jude.

Liv, mistakenly identifying an innocuous-looking item in Tiffany's fridge as a Haribo sweet, proceeded to eat it without a second thought.

Much to her shock and disbelief, it was not the sweet treat she had anticipated; it was, in fact, Tiffany's placenta. The comical mix-up came to light during a conversation on Ollie Locke and husband Gareth's podcast, Newly Dads.

Ollie and Gareth have also become parents for the very first time after welcoming twins Apollo Magnus Obi and Cosima Emily Bex via surrogate.

As the discussion veered towards the experiences of parenthood among the Made in Chelsea cast, the topic of placenta and breast milk came up.

Ollie dropped the bombshell revelation, sharing: "Olivia Bentley told me the other day she had gone to Tiffany Watson’s house and had a Haribo from the fridge, and it was actually her placenta," leaving his husband utterly stunned.

To clarify the bewildering situation, Ollie further explained: "She had eaten a placenta gummy, and she thought it was a Haribo and it wasn’t." Gareth, his husband, couldn't help but quip: "She actually ate Tiff Watson? That’s not vegan."

Tiffany, 29, welcomed her son into the world on 21 June, and she announced his birth a day later, by sharing a snap of herself and her husband, Cameron McGeehan, gazing down lovingly at their little boy.

She sweetly captioned the post: "Jude Maximus McGeehan born 21/06/23. We love you so much" with a heart emoji. The joyful news followed a heartbreaking miscarriage Tiffany endured the previous year.

Since then, Tiffany has shared plenty of updates of their life as a family of three, along with their gorgeous Golden Retriever dog.

Liv recently put an end to her on-and-off relationship with ex-safari guide Tristan, 24, in May this year. While describing the breakup as "amicable," Liv revealed her plans for the future. She hinted that she might stay single for a while, asserting her need for someone to "calm her down."

Though her relationship with Tristan seems to have concluded definitively, Liv remains optimistic about finding the right partner and eventually starting a family. She expressed her desire to have children with someone else in the future but emphasised that it wouldn't be happening anytime soon.

Speaking at the shoot of gossip show Getting Lippy, presented by Slingo, Olivia adds: “I’m not in a rush for any. There’s enough people around me having kids, I’ll just hang out with them for five minutes and then remind myself why I’m not at that stage. I think as much as everyone around me is having babies, it hasn’t made me want them yet.”
