Olivia Bowen admits she and Alex have both been peed on by baby Abel

Olivia Bowen has admitted that both her and her partner, Alex, have been "peed on" by their new baby boy.

The couple, who met on Love Island back in 2016, welcomed baby Abel on 10 June, and are going thick and fast into the joys of parenthood.

But Olivia, 28, has taken to Instagram to share the struggles of having a newborn, alongside the joys – and Alex, 30, has been going through the motions himself.

Posting a story on the social media platform, Olivia shared a clip of little Abel asleep in her arms and wrote: "Is all you do in newborn stage act like a cow… asking for a friend," with some laughing emojis.

She then posted a reply she received to the initial post, which said: "No, you get to be a pillow too," and another laughing emoji.

Sharing the response, Olivia added: "Oh and this! Hahah a pillow and feeder basically. Butt wiper?"

Olivia then posted another video, showing both her and Alex on the sofa while little baby Abel is asleep – with the Love Island couple both smiling at the camera.

Adding to the video, Olivia wrote: "If you're wondering yes we've both been peed on. I swear one nearly went in my face."

Olivia and Alex have been very forward about their pregnancy and parenthood, sharing their journey to becoming first-time parents on social media.

Earlier this week, Olivia, and Alex shared the "first outing" they went out on, enjoying a pub lunch with their little one in tow.

Alex posted a short clip to Instagram showing the area as Olivia could be seen dressed in a loose-fitting blue shirt with her blonde mane up in a bun as she cradled her baby boy in her arms, who donned a striped baby grow.

He then took to his feed to share a family photo of them all together, which he captioned: "Last one for while I swear. [crying with laughter emoji] first little outing was the local," followed by a heart eyes emoji and a baby emoji.

Olivia also took to her Instagram to share a short clip of herself leaning over the baby carriage and smiling, which she wrote over: "We're out. Very scary," alongside a crying with laughter emoji and a red heart emoji.

When safely back home, she then posted a snap of herself explaining how "tiring" the experience was, but sad it was "super cute".
