Oprah Winfrey did use weight loss drug despite denial and shes called out

Oprah Winfrey, 69, has made plenty of public appearances in recent months showing off her drastic weight loss, with many speculating about her use of weight-loss medication.

The host came out and denied she would ever use Ozempic or similar drugs to lose weight, admitting drugs like this were “the easy way out”.

However, Oprah appears to have not listened and has confirmed she’s using a controversial weight loss drug.

She told People: “I now use it as I feel I need it, as a tool to manage not yo-yoing’ – but did not name the drug that she uses.

“The fact that there’s a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for.

A third chimed: “Will she be adding this weight loss drug to her favorite things list?”

Not all hope was lost for Oprah as many fans leapt to her defence, with one chiming: “People are angry at Oprah for utilizing weight loss assistance. Very weird thing to be so wound up over what people do with their OWN bodies.
