EastEnders actress Rose Ayling-Ellis, 28, attended her first film premiere yesterday. The Strictly Come Dancing winner, who is a proud advocate for the deaf community, spoke about her frustrations of being “separated” from the rest of the cinema audience.

In view of her 536,000 Instagram followers, Rose wrote: “It is my first time to film premiere because they provided subtitles and BSL interpreter, kudos to them!”

She added some clapping emojis at this point, tagging the new film Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.

“But they put me and all the other deaf guests in a separate screening room…” she added with a grimace emoji.

“It’s a slow process, we still got a long way to go,” she continued sadly.

“Deaf cinema-goers should be able to have the same experience as hearing fans all over the country, I can’t even go to my local cinema.

“I don’t get to experience the privilege of being able to join the hype of the newest blockbuster release,” she wrote passionately.

“Or seeing the latest Star Wars or my favourite directors films on screen whenever I want…

“We do have a LONNNGG way to go,” she concluded decisively. (sic)

“But! Happy thought, just look at this outfits!” she added with a flame emoji, thanking her stylist Pia Aung.

Rose did indeed look sensational in gold, loose-fit trousers made out of a leathery material and a sheer black shirt.

She completed the look with matching gold heels, a yellow-gold purse and a black leather jacket.

Rose’s followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on her experience at the cinema.
