Fashion pro shares how to wear a sheer dress without showing everything off – but everybody agrees it's NOT the solution | The Sun

A FASHION pro has revealed the perfect way to cover up while wearing a sheer dress but not everyone is on board.

Kasey, from the US, showed off her clever fashion trick while wearing a bright orange midi dress made in sheer chiffon material.

But people were left stunned by what she did to make the dress more modest.

Posing in front of scaffolding, the brunette beauty showed off her modest outfit in all its glory.

Kasey, who works as a buyer in a fashion boutique, wore the orange dress and decided to put a denim mini-skirt over it.

She accessorised the look with a beige baseball cap, red clogs and a brown bag.

Kasey wrote: "If you have a sheer dress and don't feel like being cheeky that day, you can layer a denim mini over it for more coverage."

While the fashion fan loved the look, it seemed many people didn't and they took to the comments of the TikTok video posted to her account @kaseyandherklothes to share their thoughts.

The post went viral with over 590k views and over 28k likes but people were horrified by the fashion fan's advice with many thanking her for trying the combo so they didn't have to.

One person wrote: "Wow thank you for trying this so I don’t have to."

Another commented: "Thanks for the advice! I won’t be doing that!"

"Thank you, I will not," penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: "Just because you can doesn’t mean you should!"

"Absolutely will not be doing this but I respect your courage for the creative arts,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: "Would've could've should've not done that!"

In another clip, she hit back at the trolls 'roasting' her in the comments.

She explained that she wanted to come up with ideas for customers on how to wear sheer dresses while being covered up when she came up with her hack.

"Fashion really isn’t that serious," she hit back.
