I forked out £15 on veneers to get perfect white teeth but I ended up looking like I was wearing Halloween gnashers | The Sun

SHE forked out £15 in a bid to get perfect white teeth.

But when one mum's new clip in veneers arrived, she was left looking more like she was ready for Halloween.

She'd bought the set from Snap on Smile, as she opened them and admitted she was somewhat confused by what she was meant to do next.

"I don't know what the f**k you do," she said in a video on TikTok.

"These took quite a while for delivery to be honest, about two weeks.

"Are they worth £15?"

In the next video, she'd looked into the directions, and realised that one set were the moulds and the other was the resin insert.

She then said she had to put the resin in boiling water to soften, before using the moulds to shape it to her teeth.

However, things didn't go to plan, as the mum was left literally spluttering as she tried to get the veneers to fit.

"They are hard. Look at the state of them!" she said.

While the mum managed to get her set for just £15 on a discount website, the genuine Snap-on Smile costs £1,500 per jaw.

They also involve a more intricate process, which sees the person make a mould at home, before sending it back to the dental team to create the perfect veneers.
