I had the most embarrassing moment on the StairMaster at the gym – 10 people saw, strangers say it unlocked a new fear | The Sun

A FITNESS fanatic has shared the mortifying moment when she suffered a mishap while doing cardio in a public gym.

Amie Fairweather (@amiefitnesss) was filming her workout on the StairMaster when something that we all fear happened to her.

She boasts over 747,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares advice for sculpting a toned physique and embracing a healthy lifestyle.

She took to the social media platform to show routine footage of her workout, while admitting that things didn’t go as planned.

Amie donned sheer gray shorts and a black sports bra with high-top sneakers for the intense cardio session on the StairMaster at her local gym.

The exercise enthusiast pulled her blonde hair into a high ponytail to ensure that it wouldn’t get in the way as she worked up a sweat.

“The most embarrassing thing happened,” she said.

“I was just running on the StairMaster and then this happened…”

Amie showed that she began to struggle to keep up with the pace while stepping on the exercise machine.

She unexpectedly fell off despite holding onto the handrails and panicked to hit the stop button.
