I was a huge SKIMS fan but I’ve stopped buying because of a major issue – the clothes are so NSFW | The Sun

IN a brutally honest video, one former fan has pledged to stop buying SKIMS loungewear for good.

The dissatisfied customer told other fans of Kim Kardashian's fashion line they were "all getting ripped off" by the super-trendy brand.

When TikTok user Carlie filmed a video to explain her difficult decision, she made it clear to viewers that she wasn't happy about giving up SKIMS for good.

She captioned her confession "lowkey want a refund."

The fashion fan clarified that it was the brand's loungewear that broke her trust, not the shaping garments and underwear.

"Their shapewear, I absolutely love," Carlie added. "I've bought many pieces."

But the casual clothes, like bodysuits and t-shirts, presented too many problems for Carlie's wardrobe.

"Everything I own from them is completely see-through," Carlie complained, bemoaning the NSFW status of the tops she'd purchased from SKIMS.

She couldn't even remedy the problem by pairing a SKIMS top with lingerie – even that from the same brand.

"Not a single top I own, you can comfortably wear a bra with," Carlie added.

Carlie said that if the price tag were lower, she might continue to buy loungewear from the brand, but it just didn't make sense for her budget.

"I just think if you're going to charge $60, $70 for an all-cotton bodysuit, it should do one of these things: allow you to wear a bra with it or not be see-through," she said.

The TikTok user said that she'd only purchased tops from the brand, and didn't own any of the shorts, leggings, or lounge pants – but wasn't about to spend more to find out if they had the same issue.

She found it especially frustrating because she loved the look of SKIMS loungewear, but couldn't effectively style it.

"It's so cute! Their stuff is so cute," Carlie said. "But it's just not worth the price."

Another TikTok user agreed, commenting "price isn't worth it" on Carlie's post.
