ARE you tired of your waste disposal or the drain in your sink smelling bad?
A woman has shared her “all-time favourite kitchen cleaning hack” which gets rid of any bad odours in your home.
The best part is you don’t need any expensive products and can just use two household ingredients.
On her @partyideas4you account, she explained: “I pour quite a bit of baking soda in my garbage disposal – about two cups.
“I let it sit for 30 minutes.
“Then I pour white distilled vinegar down the drain a few times until it stops bubbling.

“Then I just pour it down with a pot of boiling water.
“I swear by this hack – your garbage disposal will never smell like old food.
“Do this about once a week and you’ll thank me later.”
Plumbing expert Paul Abrams told the Washington Post to try this hack with one cup of baking soda and one cup of vinegar instead.

He also advised to not use boiling water unless your sink is made from stainless steel or porcelain over steel.
He advised that boiling water can cause cracks in quartz or granite.
People were quick to comment on her video, with one saying: “I'm thanking you now!!!”
Another added: “I've done this for years. minus the boiling water. Very hot water is sufficient.”
However, a third commented: “vinegar and baking soda cancel each other out.”
