I’m a dog groomer – I love my job but there’s a huge downside and it’s the absolute worst… it’s people's worst fears | The Sun

A DOG groomer has revealed the biggest downside of her job – and it gives her a BEARD.

Alayka Hayes runs grooming business The Suds Bucket and is used to getting down and dirty with the pooches.

But shaving their fur doesn’t come without its risks.

She has revealed that it gets embedded in her neck, causing a beard of dog hair.

The pooch lover took to Tik Tok to share how the spiky hairs embed in her neck and people have said they are now “fearing for their lives”.

Alayka said: “I am a dog groomer and I have dog hair lodged in my neck.

The Oklahoma, US woman saw another groomer showing how she gets her dog hair beard out through waxing.

Alayka decided to try it out for herself and was over the moon when it worked.
